Alba has successfully completed projects that include:
- Urban renewal projects with Government, including retail, marine, high density residential, entertainment and social spaces
- University affiliated buildings including laboratories, schools, medical facilities and office accommodation
- Purpose built accommodation for students and specialised groups
- Complex production and specialised processing infrastructure where operational design risks are accepted
